Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years' experience in a similar position desired
Ability to lift or carry weight up to 50 lbs
Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to use miscellaneous software and office equipment
Ability to understand and follow directions as given
Must be free of communicable diseases during the stage of communicability
Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions
Willingness to participate in training and continuing education
Ability to maintain professionalism and ethics aligned with company values

Job Duties

Serve meals and bus tables with a warm, friendly, courteous, respectful and engaging demeanor
Help team members and participate in setting up and breaking down dining room tables and wait stations prior to and following meals
Participate in the training of new team members
Assist with dining service for special functions, private dining events, and special guests
Clear tables, replace linens, set tables, and ensure the dining room is clean and attractive
Clean equipment, furniture, appliances, floors, drains, storage area, refrigerator, freezer and sinks according to schedule
Keep the environment safe, clean, and free of clutter
