Job Requirements

minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages as per applicable law
ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
exceptional time management skills

strong guest service orientation
ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in customer service or food service roles beneficial
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
basic math skills for handling payments
friendly and approachable demeanor
knowledge of food safety and alcohol service guidelines

Job Duties

greet and seat guests with enthusiasm
present food and beverage options clearly and knowledgeably
take accurate orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff
ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
check in periodically to assess guest satisfaction and address any concerns
maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
process payments and thank guests upon departure
