Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous food service or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Valid state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
Good communication skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to follow food safety standards
Positive attitude and team player mindset

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or food service role advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills for operating POS systems
Ability to multitask and work in a team setting
Pass state requirements for beverage service certification
Demonstrated passion for food and guest hospitality

Job Duties

Work well in a fast-paced environment
Practice safe food handling procedures
Maintain knowledge of food allergens and proper response
Follow company policies and procedures
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
Uphold cash handling procedures
Obtain and maintain a state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
