Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must obtain and maintain a state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
  • Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service or restaurant server role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Knowledge of food safety and allergen awareness
  • Must be able to obtain a beverage service certificate if required by state law

Job Duties

  • Work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
  • Practice safe food handling procedures and be aware of food allergens
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
  • Uphold cash handling procedures
  • Obtain and maintain state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
