Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must obtain and maintain a state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
- Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or restaurant server role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Knowledge of food safety and allergen awareness
- Must be able to obtain a beverage service certificate if required by state law
Job Duties
- Work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Practice safe food handling procedures and be aware of food allergens
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
- Uphold cash handling procedures
- Obtain and maintain state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
