Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Prior experience in a server or customer service role preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Basic knowledge of food and beverage safety practices is advantageous

Job Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
Prior experience as a server or in customer service preferred

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays of food or drinks

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, provide menus and a warm welcome
Present menu items and daily specials with recommendations
Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
Serve food and beverages to guests timely and courteously
Anticipate guest needs and maintain high service levels
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
Ensure dining areas are clean and well-organized, reset tables for next guests
Process payments, provide accurate bills, manage checkout efficiently
Complete opening and closing duties including sidework, cleaning, and stocking
Comply with health and safety regulations including food handling and sanitation
Manage multiple tables simultaneously without long waits
Assist other servers, host, bar, or kitchen staff during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations
