Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly, provide menus and a warm welcome
  • Present menu items and daily specials with recommendations
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
  • Serve food and beverages to guests timely and courteously
  • Anticipate guest needs and maintain high service levels
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Ensure dining areas are clean and well-organized, reset tables for next guests
  • Process payments, provide accurate bills, manage checkout efficiently
  • Complete opening and closing duties including sidework, cleaning, and stocking
  • Comply with health and safety regulations including food handling and sanitation
  • Manage multiple tables simultaneously without long waits
  • Assist other servers, host, bar, or kitchen staff during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations
