Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to obtain state-mandated beverage service certification if applicable
Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Strong customer service orientation
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment is a plus
State-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Passion for hospitality and food service
Basic math skills and cash handling experience

Job Duties

Provide attentive and friendly service to guests
Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergen information
Adhere to safe food handling and beverage service procedures
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless dining experience
Uphold company policies and cash handling procedures
