Job Requirements

High school education or equivalent work experience
1+ years of experience in food services desirable
must complete any additional training required by manager or as assigned by the brand or Moody
food preparation / food handling certification or ability to obtain
alcohol beverage serving certification
ability to stand, bend, kneel, walk, and reach frequently
ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
exposure to hot equipment and utensils
exposure to chemical cleaning products
availability to work flexible days and hours as scheduled

Job Qualifications

1+ years of experience in food services desirable
excellent time management skills
strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
ability to work well independently or in a team
food preparation / food handling certification or ability to obtain
alcohol beverage serving certification

Job Duties

Accurately and quickly take and place all food orders with the kitchen and interact professionally and courteously with the guests during the process
address all guest questions regarding cooking methods, menu items, and specials
prepare and deliver beverage and dessert
check food to ensure that appearance, temperatures and portions appear correct
deliver food orders in a timely fashion
prepare guest check accurately and present it for payment, and professionally address any related questions or concerns
accurately process cash, credit or room charge payments from guests in accordance with established policies and procedures
buss tables and clean dining area as assigned
perform other duties as assigned by management
