Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in food services desirable
- must complete any additional training required by manager or as assigned by the brand or Moody
- food preparation / food handling certification or ability to obtain
- alcohol beverage serving certification
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, walk, and reach frequently
- ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- exposure to hot equipment and utensils
- exposure to chemical cleaning products
- availability to work flexible days and hours as scheduled
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent work experience

- excellent time management skills
- strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- ability to work well independently or in a team
- food preparation / food handling certification or ability to obtain

Job Duties
- Accurately and quickly take and place all food orders with the kitchen and interact professionally and courteously with the guests during the process
- address all guest questions regarding cooking methods, menu items, and specials
- prepare and deliver beverage and dessert
- check food to ensure that appearance, temperatures and portions appear correct
- deliver food orders in a timely fashion
- prepare guest check accurately and present it for payment, and professionally address any related questions or concerns
- accurately process cash, credit or room charge payments from guests in accordance with established policies and procedures
- buss tables and clean dining area as assigned
- perform other duties as assigned by management
