Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a positive attitude
strong interpersonal and communication skills
must be able to multi-task and manage priorities effectively during busy shifts
willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
reliable, punctual, and committed to being part of a team
comfortable standing and walking for long periods, and lifting up to 25 lbs
a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences every time
employment subject to successfully completing a background check and/or CORI screening

Job Qualifications

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required
strong interpersonal and communication skills
positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Deliver friendly, professional service that keeps guests coming back
take accurate food and beverage orders with confidence and enthusiasm
answer menu questions, including ingredients, allergens, and recommendations
stay knowledgeable about our full menu to help guests make the best choices
clear tables and reset promptly for the next group of guests
support your teammates by running food, refilling drinks, and pre-bussing tables even when it’s not your section
assist with private and corporate events as needed
tackle sidework tasks such as restocking, cleaning, and setting up wait stations
be proactive whether it’s seating guests, answering phones, or lending a hand wherever needed
communicate effectively with team members and managers to keep things running smoothly
stay aware of what’s happening throughout the facility to help maintain a great overall guest experience
