Job Requirements

Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable, or willingness to obtain one
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, teamwork environment

Job Duties

Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations
Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions
Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments
Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
Maintains proper sanitation and safety standards during service
Multi-tasks effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Provides attentive and personalized customer service throughout the dining experience
