Job Requirements

Serve guests with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner
adhere to and maintain company policies and standards
understand the menu and be ready to answer guests' questions and suggest recommendations
follow all service sequences to exceed guests' expectations, making their evening extra special
engage with guests to ensure they're happy with their experience and receiving the Perfect Night Out
perform opening, running, and closing sidework assignments

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous serving or customer service experience preferred but not required
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
customer-focused attitude
team player mindset
willingness to learn and adapt
basic knowledge of food and beverage service
