Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to stand and walk 100% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently
- Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- Must be able to read and write handwritten notes
- Must adhere to company dress code, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
- Skilled in effectively communicating with guests to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience
- Demonstrated ability to operate Micros point of sale systems, make change, and accurately conduct credit card transactions
- Experience working in fast-paced, customer service environments preferred
- Able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Adherence to proper dress code and professional appearance
- Ability to listen and respond to guest orders and needs accurately
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate by operating credit card machines correctly, calculating and returning appropriate change and maintaining adequate cash and coin for making change
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
- Assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
