Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years old
Ability to communicate effectively with others
Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Physical ability to stand and move for up to four hours continuously
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
Willingness to comply with health and safety protocols
Ability to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout the shift

Job Qualifications

Minimum age of 18 years
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Basic math skills for handling payments

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
Provide detailed menu information and recommend food and beverage options
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
Ensure timely delivery of orders and check guests satisfaction during meals
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and service stations
Follow health and safety guidelines including use of protective gear and proper hygiene
