Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
0-2 years of related experience
Ability to stand and walk for long periods without rest
Ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
Effective verbal communication skills
Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects and tools
Ability to bend, stoop, and adjust focus visually
Ability to access all areas of the restaurant including selling floor, stock area, and register

Job Qualifications

Excellent guest service skills and experience
Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
Ability to prioritize and good organizational skills
Computer skills including POS system experience
0-2 years related experience in a restaurant setting
Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant

Job Duties

Takes guest orders utilizing menu knowledge and situational selling techniques
Serves food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper preparation and delivery following company standards
Communicates professionally with guests to determine their needs and assist with menu selections
Inputs orders accurately into the POS system
Pre-buses tables and assists with approved side work
Practices safe food and beverage handling and maintains cleanliness
Handles guest complaints effectively and escalates to management when appropriate
