Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age by the time of hire
- Previous experience in food service preferred
- Certified Food Handler (rserving.com or local certification)
- Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco training and/or certificate
- Ability to deliver a high level of customer service
- Good oral communication skills
- Can compute simple math and count change accurately
- Able to obtain a food handler's permit or certification

Job Duties
- Take, prepare, and deliver drink and food orders for customers
- Enter patron's orders into the computer, verify accuracy of order, collect payment when finished
- Clear tables and attend to the general cleanliness of the dining area
- Assist the chef with food preparation as required
- Ensure the server station and bar is stocked and clean
- Attend Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco Service training and adhere to the Responsible Alcohol and Tobacco Service policy
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor, adhere to club dress code always
- Demonstrate a commitment to the work and success of the company by being solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all team members and meeting customer service standards set by management
- Perform additional assignments per the direction of club or company managers
- Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required
