Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Minimum of one year serving experience
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Availability to work flexible schedules
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance the guest experience
