Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
excellent communication skills
ability to multitask and manage time effectively
willingness to learn about the menu and suggest items to guests
ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor
must be able to stand for long periods
legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments

Job Duties

greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions about dishes and ingredients
ensure orders are served promptly and accurately
check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
assist with setting up and cleaning dining areas
process guest payments and handle cash or credit transactions
