Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to effectively communicate with others
  • commitment to providing excellent guest service
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • capability to maintain well-paced mobility for up to four hours
  • willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks as required
  • frequent handwashing and use of disinfectants throughout shift

Job Qualifications

  • previous customer service or server experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • make menu recommendations based on guest preferences
  • take accurate food and drink orders
  • ensure timely delivery of orders to guests
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
  • adhere to health and safety standards during service
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
