Job Requirements

  • ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • state-mandated beverage service certification in applicable states
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • excellent customer service skills
  • willingness to learn and adapt to company standards

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
  • ability to operate point-of-sale systems
  • strong attention to detail and a passion for providing excellent guest service

Job Duties

  • work well as a team player in a fast-paced environment

  • maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
