Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to read and communicate in English
- skilled in effectively communicating with guests to generate enthusiasm about the Dave & Buster's experience
- demonstrate ability to operate Micros system, make changes, accurately conduct credit card transactions and account of all monies at the end of each shift
- knowledge of menu items and ability to answer questions regarding food and drink preparation
- ability to work quickly and efficiently following the "Full hands in, Full hands out" philosophy
- ability to maintain a positive, professional appearance in compliance with dress code
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company sanitation procedures
- maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate by operating credit card machines correctly, calculate and return appropriate change and maintain adequate cash and coin for making change
- follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
- greet newly seated guests in a friendly and timely manner
