Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year serving experience in a high volume restaurant operation
- Prior experience with customer service, cash handling, service recovery and problem solving
- Ability to responsibly serve alcohol
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing guests needs
- Ability to work well with co-workers across restaurant
- Passion for hospitality and food and beverage
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year serving experience in a high volume restaurant operation
- Prior related experience requiring excellent customer service, cash handling, service recovery and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing guests needs
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers throughout the restaurant
- Passion for hospitality and love of the food and beverage industry
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 25 lbs
- Capacity to stand or walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- Provide courteous, prompt service to guests
- Adhere successfully to Steps of Service
- Enter guest orders accurately into Toast POS system
- Possess full knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
- Personalize the guest experience by understanding guests needs and offering suggestions
- Communicate guest requests, including dietary restrictions, to culinary staff
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Maintain a clean and presentable work environment
- Maintain a positive, outgoing demeanor during service
- Promote safety of self, co-workers and guests at all times
- Adhere to company policy and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
