Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year serving experience in a high volume restaurant operation
  • Prior experience with customer service, cash handling, service recovery and problem solving
  • Ability to responsibly serve alcohol
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing guests needs
  • Ability to work well with co-workers across restaurant
  • Passion for hospitality and food and beverage
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 25 lbs
  • Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year serving experience in a high volume restaurant operation
  • Prior related experience requiring excellent customer service, cash handling, service recovery and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing guests needs
  • Ability to work cohesively with co-workers throughout the restaurant
  • Passion for hospitality and love of the food and beverage industry
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 25 lbs
  • Capacity to stand or walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Provide courteous, prompt service to guests
  • Adhere successfully to Steps of Service
  • Enter guest orders accurately into Toast POS system
  • Possess full knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
  • Personalize the guest experience by understanding guests needs and offering suggestions
  • Communicate guest requests, including dietary restrictions, to culinary staff
  • Perform opening and closing duties
  • Maintain a clean and presentable work environment
  • Maintain a positive, outgoing demeanor during service
  • Promote safety of self, co-workers and guests at all times
  • Adhere to company policy and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
