Prior full service server experience preferred
Ability to deliver high-quality service when under pressure
Sharp memory and order accuracy

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Job Duties

Take food and drink orders with accuracy while engaging with customers in a friendly manner
Thorough knowledge of the restaurant menu in order to answer questions and make proper recommendations
Be attentive to the needs and satisfaction of every customer and correct any problems
Collect payments and understand how to split bills in a variety of ways
Cross-sell and up-sell dessert or drink items as appropriate
