Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Alcohol awareness certification preferred
- Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service
- Ability to comply with state and local serving guidelines
- Ability to process guest payments accurately
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar restaurant or hospitality role preferred
- Alcohol awareness certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Job Duties
- Greeting and seating guests upon arrival and assisting with seating arrangements and special requests
- Taking food and beverage orders attentively, noting special instructions or dietary restrictions
- Serving food and drinks promptly with proper presentation and order accuracy
- Possessing thorough menu knowledge and providing recommendations to guests
- Upselling appetizers, desserts, and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Maintaining clean and properly set tables and efficiently clearing dishes
- Engaging with guests in a friendly manner to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Processing payments accurately including credit card transactions and providing receipts
- Collaborating with kitchen staff and other servers for smooth order flow and service
- Adhering to food safety, sanitation standards, and hygiene protocols
- Assisting with special events, parties, and catering functions as required
