Job Requirements

Must be able to pass a thorough background check to obtain a gaming license
must be able to renew and maintain an active gaming license according to city requirements
ability to stand constantly during shifts
ability to frequently walk and reach with hands and arms
occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds
occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds
must have close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
must be able to talk and hear

Job Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
ability to write routine reports and correspondence
ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or team members
basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists
high school diploma or GED preferred but not required
minimum of 1 year related experience or training preferred but not required

Job Duties

Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
take food and drink orders accurately
deliver food and drink orders in a timely manner
check back with guests often to inquire how their dining experience is progressing and to ensure satisfaction
maintain cleanliness throughout
follow safe California Food Handlers guidelines
promote teamwork efficiency by circulating the gaming floor and dining room for maximum availability and assisting others as needed
monitor and enforce all principles of responsible beverage service, liquor license guidelines, and company Alcohol Consumption policy
provide a fun, superior gaming and dining experience by establishing and maintaining good rapport with guests to promote continued patronage
report unsafe practices or hazardous conditions to the CSM, Security, or General Manager
report to CSM or Security any individuals who appear to be underage, intoxicated, or pose a threat to operations
attend annual AML/BSA training as scheduled
