Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Availability to stand and walk for long periods
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
Provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, and ingredients
Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately
