Job Requirements

Meets state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
minimum 6 months of related serving experience
preferred experience in high volume or fast casual dining environment
ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs
able to walk, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
strong communication skills
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
requires at least 6 months of related serving experience
experience in high volume or fast casual dining preferred
ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs
ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand for job performance
ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
comfortable conversing with customers

Job Duties

Takes food and beverage orders
places orders accurately and in proper sequence
delivers food and beverages to guests
checks back after food delivery to ensure guest satisfaction
observes guests to respond to additional needs
maintains table appearance by pre-bussing and removing clutter
presents the check for payment and provides change
follows company customer service, adult beverage, and cash handling policies
keeps station clean and sets up and takes down tables
