Job Requirements

18 years of age or older
able to stand and walk for 100 percent of the shift
dependable and punctual
able to use point of sale system for payments
able to work long hours, including weekends
able to manage time efficiently
able to work well in a team environment
able to handle high-pressure situations with flexibility and initiative

Job Qualifications

Earned at least a high school diploma or GED
familiar with movies including hidden gems
basic knowledge of beers, spirits, and wine
at least 6 months of server experience at a high-volume restaurant
able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
understand and adhere to all state health and alcohol compliance requirements

Job Duties

Work with a smile
move like a ninja by stealthily taking orders in the darkened theater
be prepared with thorough knowledge of the food and drink menu
ensure prompt delivery of orders and timely payment processing
maintain theater safety by checking IDs and tickets
work effectively with a team to clean and organize the theater and service areas
provide exceptional customer service ensuring no guest leaves upset
