Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in customer service preferred
ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
strong interpersonal and communication skills
physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
availability to work flexible shifts including mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
take orders accurately and efficiently, using handheld POS systems
provide knowledgeable menu recommendations and upsell when appropriate
deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation
assist bartenders and food runners as needed, maintaining a collaborative environment
clear and reset tables quickly and cleanly
handle guest concerns or special requests with urgency and care
maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
follow all health and safety protocols
