Job Requirements

Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs
Able to work in hot and cold environments
Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing job duties
Possession of Responsible Beverage Service Certification for California-based positions (completed during training or within 60 days)
Ability to adhere to drug and alcohol policies
Must successfully complete Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify)

Job Duties

Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences
Maintain extensive knowledge of food and drink menu to recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders
Assist with assembly of prepared food and condiments following Outback standards
Check orders for accuracy and review with guests prior to delivery to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with team members by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and completing all opportunities to WOW customers
Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during shifts
