Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- the desire and ability to be pleasant upbeat and sociable throughout the workday
- work varying days nights holidays and weekends
- able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
- able to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular and continuing basis
- perform functions which require bending reaching turning lifting climbing and stocking up to 50 lbs
- communicate quickly and accurately
- able to understand follow and maintain safety standards at all times
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work varying days nights holidays and weekends
- knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
- ability to work as a team player
- ability to maintain an upbeat and sociable attitude throughout the workday
Job Duties
- Greet guests and take orders within Andretti guidelines always exceeding guest expectations
- deliver a fun efficient and exciting dining experience from start to finish
- maintain an organized work area and proactively clean and reset tables
- deliver food and beverage in a professional manner according to Andretti standards
- collect payment for all items purchased and consumed and operate the point of sale system with ease
- follow proper safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance to local health regulations
- observe instruct and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence
