Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
relevant bartending experience preferred
knowledge of alcohol brands and mixology
excellent interpersonal skills
ability to stand for extended periods
must be of legal drinking age
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
experience in bartending or related hospitality roles preferred
strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktail preparation
excellent communication and customer service skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
attention to detail and ability to multitask
familiarity with POS systems

Job Duties

maintain cleanliness throughout the venue as per health department standards and regulations
greet customers within two minutes of them being seated
be knowledgeable of beer, wine, and liquor brands
take drink orders and ring in orders on the correct check through the POS system
garnish and run drinks to tables, take food orders by position numbers at the tables, and upsell through providing recommendations
be mindful of customer's food allergies, dietary restrictions, and other specific inquiries
ID customers and safely serve alcohol as per state laws
complete daily side-work as directed by management
report directly to management and the General Manager
