Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand or walk for long periods up to four hours
- ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds throughout the shift
- ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
- willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during shifts
- ability to follow hygiene and safety protocols including frequent hand washing
- commitment to making a positive impact on guest experience
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- friendly and positive attitude
- ability to work well in a team
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- make menu recommendations and upsell specials
- take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages efficiently
- anticipate and respond to guests needs
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- handle guest concerns and complaints professionally
- collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
