Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to stand or walk for long periods up to four hours
  • ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds throughout the shift
  • ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
  • willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during shifts
  • ability to follow hygiene and safety protocols including frequent hand washing
  • commitment to making a positive impact on guest experience

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • friendly and positive attitude
  • ability to work well in a team

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • make menu recommendations and upsell specials
  • take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages efficiently
  • anticipate and respond to guests needs
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • handle guest concerns and complaints professionally
  • collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
