Job Duties

  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
  • Provide exceptional customer service and enhance guest experience through suggestive selling
  • Multitask by answering phones, cleaning and setting tables
  • Perform side work duties to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to offer recommendations
