Job Duties
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service and enhance guest experience through suggestive selling
- Multitask by answering phones, cleaning and setting tables
- Perform side work duties to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to offer recommendations
