Job Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively with guests
sufficient mobility to move and operate in work area
ability to lift and carry food trays weighing up to 25 lbs
compliance with state, county, or municipal food handling regulations
dependable and motivated work ethic

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a team-oriented environment
basic math skills for handling payments
knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests
suggestive-sell menu items
take customer orders accurately
prep food items as required
collect payment from guests
clear and reset tables
resolve guest complaints and notify management
