Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Ability to stand for long periods and carry moderate weight

Handle guest concerns professionally, always informing a manager and ensuring issues are resolved plus one
Ensure that each guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service
