Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to carry trays and serve food safely
- basic food safety knowledge preferred
- good physical stamina
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server position preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- positive attitude and teamwork orientation
- basic math skills for handling payments and tips
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service
- take accurate food and beverage orders
- deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas and guest touch points
- handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service
- promote menu items and specials to enhance guest experience
