Job Requirements

Prior restaurant experience preferred
valid RAMP/TIPS certification required
ability to stand and walk regularly
able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
capable of performing essential job functions satisfactorily

Job Duties

Describe menu and daily specials
take orders and enter them into the POS system
deliver beer and wine lists
open and pour wine when serving guests
ensure customers have everything they need to enjoy their meals
observe diners to ensure satisfaction with food and service
respond to additional requests
ring up bills and accept payment or refer guests to the cashier
assist bus person in stocking, removing and resetting dishes and silverware between courses, and cleaning and resetting vacated tables
possess superior beer, wine and food knowledge
prepare tables and maintain throughout service
run food quickly and accurately
communicate with the kitchen
manage section and service
maintain side work throughout the shift
attend required trainings and meetings
deliver an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to guests
