Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment
- able to lift up to 35 lbs in weight
- must be able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- must be available to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions
- strong communication skills
- basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- fluent and fully conversational in English

- 1-2 years of experience as a server
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- basic knowledge of food and beverage service including beer, wine and cocktail pairings

Job Duties
- Follow OTG steps of service and standard operating procedures
- greet guests pleasantly
- walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system
- highlight menu, food and beverage options, make suggestions based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions/allergies
- follow OTG cash handling and cash register policies
- maintain cleanliness within the restaurant's dining and service stations
- communicate with chefs and managers to ensure food is delivered to guests in a timely manner
- adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- participate in training sessions and team meetings as required
- assist team members as needed
- inform MOD on guest complaints, feedback, inquiries
- monitor and report intoxicated guests to MOD
- inform leadership team of low inventory and equipment issues
- perform additional tasks requested by the OTG leadership team
