Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the US
- Able to stand for 10 plus hours
- Able to safely lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds
- Must obtain all county-required food and alcohol serving certifications prior to employment
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to guest service and teamwork
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a server or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol serving certifications preferred
- Friendly and energetic personality
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
Job Duties
- Welcome guests into our home and treat each guest like a VIP
- Have knowledge of every product and ingredient and explain why they are the best
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Seat guests and bus tables efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant including tables, terminals, refrigeration units, and host stands
- Observe guests to ensure ultimate satisfaction with food, service, and ambiance
- Collaborate with team members to help wherever and whenever needed
