Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to provide friendly and attentive customer service
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for long hours
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
  • Present menus and explain daily specials and menu items
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations about food and wine to enhance the dining experience
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Handle payment transactions and process tips with accuracy
