Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits
- practice positive public relations to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- be aware of guests' needs and work to make their experience pleasurable
- show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
- promote teamwork by assisting other Servers
- understand menu items and ensure guests' receipts match the number of guests dining
- perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- bring equipment and facility problems to the attention of the Manager
- be familiar with correct table bussing procedures
- follow safe work practices to ensure personal and coworker safety
- perform duties to meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards in the restaurant
- follow local health department laws
