Job Requirements

  • Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
  • requires at least 6 months of serving experience
  • experience in high volume or fast casual dining preferred
  • ability to interact positively with public and coworkers
  • ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist as needed
  • strong communication skills
  • willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Takes food and beverage orders
  • enters orders quickly and in the proper sequence
  • serves food and beverages to guests in assigned and other sections
  • coordinates with the kitchen to ensure timely service and food quality
  • provides the highest quality of customer service at all times
  • maintains cleanliness and sets up or takes down station tables appropriately
  • follows customer service, adult beverage, and cash handling policies and procedures
