Job Duties

  • Greet guests immediately upon arrival and seat them according to proper rotation procedures
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and timely
  • Suggestively sell menu items to achieve guest check average targets
  • Assist with preparation of beverages, appetizers, salads, and desserts
  • Monitor guests throughout their dining experience and address any complaints or requests promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room and service areas
  • Handle cash, credit card, and discount transactions safely and accurately
