Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately upon arrival and seat them according to proper rotation procedures
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and timely
- Suggestively sell menu items to achieve guest check average targets
- Assist with preparation of beverages, appetizers, salads, and desserts
- Monitor guests throughout their dining experience and address any complaints or requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room and service areas
- Handle cash, credit card, and discount transactions safely and accurately
