Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must have or obtain state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
- ability to operate point-of-sale system and handle cash accurately
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle fast-paced work environment
- compliance with food safety regulations
- ability to provide outstanding customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
- ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
Job Duties
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- practice safe food handling procedures
- have an awareness of food allergens and proper steps to take
- follow company policies and procedures
- maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
- operate the point-of-sale system quickly and accurately
