Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Minimum two years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment
Ability to work in a busy, loud, and crowded environment
Basic mathematical skills
Proficient verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Teamwork and Toast POS system
Ability to read, write and speak English
Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs
Must be able to work in an environment with constantly elevated temperatures
Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
Willingness to comply with company's grooming standards
Ability to work quickly and safely in a tight-space environment

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Minimum of two years' experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar
Must be at least 21 to meet minimum age requirement of the State of California to serve alcoholic beverages
Food Handlers Card preferred
ABC Service Certification preferred
CPR certification and/or First Aid training preferred

Job Duties

Maintain a positive, high, well-balanced energy level throughout the entire shift
Have strong interpersonal communication skills to greet guests, answer guest questions and address guest concerns in a warm, professional, and accommodating manner
Provide multiple guests food and beverage service in server's section in a quick, professional, and efficient manner
Knowledge of and ability to accurately describe all food and beverage offerings and specials
Take accurate orders while maximizing sales using selling techniques and product knowledge
Exhibit consistently dependable, reliable, punctual, and trustworthy conduct
Provide exemplary guest service on a consistent basis
Correct and accurate execution of the POS system
Follow all proper cash handling procedures and guidelines
Perform all service in compliance with all ABC laws and Company policies that relate to the service of alcoholic beverages
Complete any and all assigned cleaning duties, including stocking and organization
Perform all assigned side-work quickly and efficiently
Properly set up and break down stations before and after operating hours
