Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to provide attentive and friendly customer service
Must be able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to stand for long periods
Must comply with health and safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus

Job Duties

Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
Create a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel like part of the family
Assist in setting up and closing the dining area
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues courteously
