Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs
- Able to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing job duties
- Willingness to complete Responsible Beverage Service Certification for California positions within 60 days of start date
- Commitment to comply with drug-free workplace policies
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage service practices
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification for California positions (can be completed during training)
Job Duties
- Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive customer service tailored to individual preferences
- Have extensive knowledge of food and drink menu to recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders
- Assist with assembly of prepared food and condiments following company standards
- Verify order accuracy and review orders with guests prior to handoff to ensure satisfaction
- Support restaurant team by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and completing tasks to WOW customers
- Maintain commitment to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during shift
