Job Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 50 pounds
ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently
availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
must adhere to uniform and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
strong attention to detail
positive 'can do' attitude and willingness to learn
knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus
food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables
present menus and answer any questions regarding menu items
take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
enter orders into the POS system and ensure they are relayed to the kitchen or bar promptly
deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
anticipate guests' needs and fulfill them proactively
collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
process payments accurately and efficiently
clean and set up dining areas before, during, and after service
follow all safety and sanitation procedures
upsell menu items and promote specials
assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
