Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or customer service beneficial but not required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated patience, kindness, and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and grow skill set
Ability to provide compassionate and respectful service to senior residents

Job Duties

Provide exceptional dining service to senior residents
Build meaningful relationships with residents during meal service
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
Assist in setting up and clearing dining areas efficiently
Follow all health and safety regulations during food service
Work collaboratively with kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth operations
Adapt to flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and various shifts
