Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one plus years of serving or related experience in a full service restaurant
- current food handler's card
- alcohol service certification as required by federal state local law
- minimum age to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages
- basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
- excellent guest service skills
- willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a friendly smile demonstrating genuine hospitality
- provide knowledge of all food and beverage menus including ingredients preparation methods and presentation
- practice proper cash handling and operate point-of-sale system according to hospitality standards
- maintain a clean and sanitary environment for team members and guests
- support team members to achieve restaurant goals and create a fun aloha environment
- share knowledge on scratch cuisine and handcrafted cocktails
- perform other duties as required to support the business
