Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be able to handle fast-paced environments
Must have a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

Greet guests immediately and guide them through menus
Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage return visits
Accurately record food orders ensuring each guest receives their meal to exact specifications
Serve food and beverages promptly, properly garnished and meeting company standards
Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by prioritizing guest experience
Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
